Students will explore the art of pattern making and draping in this course. They will learn how to create 2D patterns and their application to 3D human form. By using industry-standard drafting tools and techniques, students will manually draft flat patterns for basic garments and apparel components. Through hands-on practice, students will develop the skills needed to create and alter patterns to fit the human form accurately.
