Course Description

This course introduces students to the principles and practices of interaction design, with a focus on designing digital experiences that are user-centered, engaging, and effective. Through hands-on experimentation, research, and critical analysis, students will gain a deep understanding of how people interact with technology and learn how to create user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically compelling.The course will cover a range of topics, including user research, prototyping, usability testing, information architecture, and user interface design. Students will learn how to use design tools and software to create interactive wireframes and prototypes, as well as how to conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate and improve their designs. In addition to technical skills, the course will focus on design thinking and problem-solving methodologies, as students learn to identify user needs, goals, and pain points, and design solutions that address these challenges.
