This course explores the tools needed to gather, disseminate, visualize, and communicate data-based information. Accurate and effective analysis and visualization of data is crucial for informing decision-making as part of a rigorous design practice. Focus will be placed on statistical-based analytic techniques, data analysis tools, chart types, and infographic design.
